Terms and Conditions for g77 Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and g77 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency considerations. g77 does not accept liability for connection delays on the player's side that may affect the timing of a live bet submission.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on g77 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of any balance, in addition to any other action g77 deems appropriate:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the g77 platform in place of or alongside human activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, sports betting, or any other competitive format on the platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event, live dealer game, or other wagering market.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your g77 account.
• Operating or assisting in the operation of a third-party betting service using g77 odds or markets without express written permission.

g77 actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation without prior notice if prohibited conduct is suspected.

g77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in our internal policy.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests made through our responsible gaming process.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for inactivity, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account after identity checks are completed.
